MISSION STATEMENT:
Inoxico is emerging as a leading provider of data on companies in Africa and Globally. Our clients primarily use this data to assess credit risks with their trade partners or to check if their suppliers are above board. In this exciting data space our researchers, analysts and software developers work tirelessly to deliver the best possible customer experience and data output.

Your role is central to Inoxico’s data leadership and excellence in commercial and Africa data. Your role will encompass the overall supervision of the data collection, cleaning, matching and storage processes with the goal of ensuring our products achieve market leadership status. Data is central to everything that Inoxico does, and this role is empowered to ensure that everything to do with data in our business is managed with excellence. You will have a strong team, access to world-class colleagues and a dynamic leadership team to support you in achieving your goals for Inoxico and for your own career.

RESPONSIBILIES:

- Data collection Management (30%)
- Take ownership of all data input into our system from third parties across Africa and from Inoxico’s own data collection tools
- Manage the reliability and quality of the data inputs
- Manage the suppliers of data to ensure they meet our requirements
- Continuously find and include new sources of valuable data from across Africa
- Data quality management (20%)
- Continuously work to improve the quality of Inoxico’s data
- Discover and remove erroneous data
- Improve the data quality through matching and cleaning
- Tasks (40%)
- Manage and execute data-related tasks for internal and external clients
- Provide cleaning, matching and extract services
- Manage other ad-hoc tasks
- Manage proactive data updates
- Continuous Improvement (10%)
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
- Analyse steps required for improvement
- Execute relevant improvements within your area of influence

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
