**SENIOR BUYER**

If you have **ENERGY, DRIVE,** and a **PASSION** for FMCG Retail and able to carry out the following responsibilities:
Ø Negotiating and Buying - effectively and confidently negotiate and buy stock in order to maximise

Gross Profit within the stipulated budgets.

Ø Relationships - develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Ø Pricing - develop and implement pricing strategies.

Ø Benchmarking - monitor and interpret industry trends, locally and nationally.

Ø Stock Management - Ensure that supplier deliver goods in a timely manner and in precise quantities so

as to maintain a continuity of supply.

Ø Customer Service - create an environment where customer service is priority.

Ø Grade 12 + 10 years FMCG Buying experience,

Ø Buying and negotiating skills,

Ø Management skills,

Ø Communication skills,

Ø Problem solving skills,

Ø Attention to detail,

Ø Honest,

Ø Able bodied and fit,

Ø Very high energy levels,

Ø Teamwork,

Ø Able to work long/extended hours including weekends and public holidays,

Ø Initiative,

Ø Presentable,

Ø Self-confident & Enthusiastic approach to administration,

Ø Security awareness,

Ø Creativity.

**Salary**: From R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Soshanguve, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
