**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Must have a BCom (Finance) or BSc (Computer Science) degree
- A Business Analysis/Service Delivery/JDE Applications support qualification will be required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in JDE 9.1 and 3 years experience in a Business Analysis role are essential
- At least 3 years Project Management/Lead experience is important
- Must be experienced and computer proficient in MS SQL, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Projects and MS Office
- Writing of technical and JDE Functional specifications in support of the Manufacturing / Distribution / Finance modules.
- Providing holistic JDE support for all business areas.
- Ensuring continuous improvements focus.
- Developing, implementing and managing projects and change control system documentation, policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that business has the necessary Business Intelligence information using the insight BI tool and JDE reports.
- Ensuring compliance to facilities safety procedures.
