Credit Controller

Our client in the Logistics industry is currently looking for a **Credit Controller**, in Lanseria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all suppliers' invoices.
- Correct allocations of payment.
- Reconciliations to statements and month end prep for payments.
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions.
- Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintain general ledger and cash book by transferring account summaries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing and summarising account information.
- Investigates and resolves supplier account queries.
- Maintain good professional working relationships with their suppliers to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Assist with any Administration requirements when necessary.
- Handling of supplier complaints and queries in the most efficient manner.
- Ensuring all accounts and books balance.
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years’ experience.
- Experience working on Sage 1.
- Degree in Accounting or related computer and accounting skills.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to deal with high transactions.
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements of processing accounting transactions.

**Remuneration**:

- R18 000 - R25 000 CTC per month.

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lanseria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
