**Position Overview**:
We're on the lookout for an exceptional Head Bartender to join our team and lead our beverage program to new heights. As the Head Bartender, you'll be the driving force behind our bar operations, responsible for crafting inspired cocktails, mentoring our talented bar staff, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example, embodying our commitment to hospitality and professionalism in every interaction.
- Develop and curate a dynamic beverage menu that reflects the latest trends in mixology while showcasing your creativity and expertise.
- Train, motivate, and empower our bar team to deliver top-notch service and exceed guest expectations with every pour.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and place orders to ensure we always have the ingredients and supplies needed to delight our guests.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create synergistic food and beverage pairings and coordinate special events and promotions to drive traffic and revenue.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale establishment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- A passion for mixology and a deep understanding of spirits, cocktails, and flavor profiles.
- Strong leadership skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating a diverse team to achieve common goals.
- Impeccable customer service skills, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
