**Lead Deal Enterprise Architect (Apps & Data) - Location, Johannesburg**

**Position Summary**:

- We are hiring for a Lead Deal Enterprise Architect (Applications & Data) within Wipro Enterprise Futuring covering the Africa region.

The EA will be responsible to create Enterprises that help differentiate Wipro in Market place, enable large deal wins, focus on building relationships & enhance Wipro's market positioning.

**Responsibilities**:

- As an Enterprise Architect, you will use your expertise to construct specific and detailed Enterprises that encompass process, technology, project and staffing plans. You will lead the design of low to medium revenue and medium complexity custom services Enterprises by:

- balancing the needs of sales and delivery to design a Enterprise that meets or exceeds the requirements of service delivery.

**Tasks will include**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and create architectural designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and present strategic and innovative architecture solutions that align with clients' goals, leveraging modern technologies and industry best practices.
- Develop compelling architectural diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical proposals to showcase the value and feasibility of the recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, Data Scientists, and Cloud Architects, to validate and refine proposed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Sales and Pre-Sales teams during the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept exercises, and RFP responses.
- Working in a Physical/Virtual team to create value propositions to customers.
- Participation in the construction of financial models that align with custom Enterprise proposal. You will be the primary expert in constructing the specific Enterprise, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials.
- Composing applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a Enterprise;
- Constructing risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom Enterprise proposals.
- You will follow all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modelling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables.
- The Enterprise Architect participates in applicable win-loss reviews and incorporates learnings into future Enterprises.
- You will be responsible for technology choice and integration
- Responsibility extends beyond the sale into transition and transformation phase in the form of architecture review boards and innovation councils
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to design and architect complex cloud solutions across multiple industries, considering scalability, reliability, and security.

**Qualification / Experience**
- Proven experience (12+ years) as an Enterprise Architect, specializing in Application and Data.
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable and resilient architectures for complex enterprise solutions across multiple industries.
- Proficiency in architecting solutions for cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
- Industry certifications, in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Experience working across multiple industries, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.
- Proficient in architecting solutions that align with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., security, privacy, data governance).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering customer-focused solutions, preferably in a pre-sales or consulting environment.
- Prior experience in Pre-Sales, design and Enterprises roles in a global organization is mandatory
