Telephonic Clinician (EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME- HEALTH CARE)
The care centre counsellor needs to offer a responsive, quality and empathic service with a dual goal to assess and refer, as well as offering counselling services to corporate clients
Administration of the call centre functions
Quality management
Interact with other departments
Ability to assess and refer a broad range of presenting issues seen in an EAP context
Ability to manage client complaints and expectations with excellent communication skills.
Experience within the counselling setting preferably in the Healthcare / Counselling / Psycho support industries.
A minimum of a degree in either one of the following disciplines and with accredited institutions
- Registration with SACSSP
- Registration with HPCSA
Proficiency to counsel in ENGLISH AND AFRICAN languages
Excellent people management and counselling skills
Working knowledge of IT systems and operations with adequate administrative skills - organised, efficient and self-motivated
Honesty / empathic / Integrity / Self-motivated / Attention to Detail / Organised / Good personal and Communication Skills / Congruent
