- An online property platform dedicated to connecting buyers, sellers, developers, and agents is looking for a sales representative to join their team.
- As the sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
- **Minimum Requirements**:
Driver’s License and own vehicle
- Experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of South Africa's property market.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- **Duties**:
Conduct proactive sales activities to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base within the property industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including developers, agencies, and individual property owners.
- Understand client's needs and requirements, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions and exceptional customer experiences.
