**Rustenburg** is looking for an
**Electrician HT **to safely install, maintain and repair electrical systems, equipment and machinery.

**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements***:

- Electrical Trade Qualification (Section 13 or Section 26d) or proof of recognized completed apprenticeship contract and NTC 2 (Recognized Trade Theory).
- Completed MQA Medium Voltage Skills Modules/Training Program.
- Minimum of 3 years' working experience as an electrician is essential, of which 2 years' is essential on the following:

- MV (33 kV and 6.6 kV) cable installation, termination, fault finding and repairs.
- Substation maintenance.
- MV testing equipment.
- Conveyor maintenance and repairs.
- Maintenance and repairs of overhead crane.

**Competencies***:

- Must be willing to work at heights.

VSD and Soft Starter knowledge, will be advantageous.

**Key Performance Areas***:

- Perform general substation maintenance as prescribed.
- Plan and organize the electrical maintenance including of all required spares.
- Inspect, maintain, fault finind and record condition of medium voltage newords and related equipment.
- Install and maintain MV and LV equipment.
- Assist contractors as and when required.
- Maintain high standard in SHEQ Management.
