**Every day you will**
- Work with the wider team to enable them to help the Application Support Team, making and aiding the resolution of incidents in line with Service Level Guidelines.
- Work with the wider team to aid internal customers and partners, to translate user stories into technical outcomes, including development, testing and delivering changes in line with business requirements.
- Work with the Support team after they have identified areas of high-volume tickets to determine and fix the root cause.
- Contribute to the access control audit process, working with key business stakeholders to ensure that any new functionality, which may be sensitive is given due consideration.
- Support the preparation of test plans for new software releases, conduct E2E/Regression testing on new releases & functionality and update findings.
- Identify & share ideas for how the Applications or Support Service can be improved.
