- Windows Desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Office packages
- Terminal servers
- Domains, simple networking, file sharing, network permissions and printers
- Virus prevention and removal
- Windows server environment
- Active Directory & Exchange and an ability to create, manage & delete users;
**And be able to**:
- Provide telephone and desktop support to users;
- Recommend necessary improvements, budget for, and implement improvements
- Maintain site licenses for companies and departments within the group
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to information being processed, stored or accessed via the group network
- Maintain and regulate stock of printers, toners & cartridges.
