Ios/apple Service Technician

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide mobile repair, virus removal or other cleanup services.
- Provide remote support or onsite support to residential customers.
- Field incoming service calls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot iOS hardware and software.
- Perform repairs on iOS hardware and software.
- Initiate, document, and update our Service Repair Order (SRO) system.
- Address repairs based on a work queue system.
- Communicate with customers regularly (diagnosis, solutions, options, ready for pick-up, etc.)
- Maintain a clean work area at the end of the day.
- Miscellaneous office tasks/duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Mac OS and iOS experience.
- Responsive, attentive to detail, and able to communicate effectively.
- Desire to work within a team, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent technology problem solving skills and ability to stay current on best solutions.
- Highly organized.
- Must be able to self-manage projects with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
