**Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to make manual patterns as well as digital (Gerber).
- Ensure consistent fit and sizing for all new developments.
- Must have experience in men’s and ladies’ patterns.
- Ability to create patterns from samples as well as pictures.
- Maintaining a pattern library and blocks to speed up patternmaking.
- Consistent and methodical approach to pattern changes for various fabric bases.
- Create finished pattern specification sheets, as well as trim specifications and measurements.
- Work closely with Seamstress and Garment Technologist to ensure that the garment will be cost effective and production friendly.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**: Relevant tertiary qualification.
**Experience**: Minimum 5 years pattern making experience in ladies and men’s clothing.
