We're currently seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Internal Sales and Customer Support Administrator within the BSD department. As the Functional Manager, reporting into this role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling stock queries
- Making pricing adjustments
- Efficiently managing orders and allocations
- Processing sales transactions
- Verifying shipments
- Effectively managing back orders

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Essential:

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum Matric certificate

Preferred:

- Familiarity with SAP and Excel a must
- IT Qualification
- Technical knowledge of office automation

Experience/Knowledge:
Essential:

- 3 years or more of administration experience
- Customer relations experience
- Previous packaging or consumables sales experience is preferable

Interactions:
Internal Interactions:

- Reporting to sales reps and management
- Providing reports and feedback on all customer engagements

External Interactions:

- Serving as a customer liaison on behalf of the team
- Engaging with customers daily for support

**Salary**: R17 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edenvale, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- office automation: 2 years (preferred)
- customer support: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
