Dynamic financial services Exco team seeks a Financial Director to join their team. This role is responsible for the financial health and direction of the business. Executive management level role, where you’ll be driving the execution of strategy. Role reports to the CEO.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of Financial results and commentary reports
- Preparation of consolidated annual financial statements
- Management of financial operating and compliance
- Commercial acumen, translating strategy into the business
- Forecasting and planning
- Review business models
- Responsible for audit, tax and legislative requirements at senior level
- Investor relations and stakeholder engagement
- Drive execution and contribute towards financial strategy of the business

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of CA(SA) qualified with 10 years’ experience
- Must have current senior management or business partner to Exco level experience
- Experience in the credit / lending space required, with a strong background in the technical treasury side and IFRS9
- Strong leadership and management of managers skills
- Must have strong business acumen
- Professional, high levels of integrity
