**Eshowe Area - KwaZulu Natal**: Our client is looking for a Senior Banana Farm Manager to join the team.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
- At least 10 years’ experience in crop farming, preferably in bananas
- Computer literate
- Must be hands on, trustworthy & disciplined, and able to work as part of a team
- Strong administration skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak Zulu
- Mechanically orientated
- Valid drivers license

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Take control of the existing banana operation from setting annual budgets and then working within these budgets to achieve a good financial result.
- Monitoring and controlling the financial aspect of the operation which includes all the banana sales.
- Ensuring the field production of the orchard is optimal by adopting hands on management style
- Motivating and supervising the labour force to ensure optimal production from the staff
- Liasing with parties who provide technical services to the company
- Short
- and long-term planning for the operations.
