**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

We are looking for a Senior Administrator for a well-established motor dealership. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth efficient running of the administration functions which include debtors, creditors, stock, invoicing, queries and other adhoc duties. This position is for a good all-rounder who is willing to jump in and assist where needed. You will need to have at least 5 years of Administration/Accounts experience within a motor dealership with working knowledge of a Dealer Management System (Kerridge, Drive, Keyloop etc.)

**Job Requirements**

Matric Certificate

A valid Drivers License

Must have at least 5 years of RECENT Admin/Accounts experience in a motor dealership

Must have working knowledge of Automate, Drive, Kerridge, Autoline or similar

A solid accounts background

Good knowledge of vehicle invoicing and stock control

A stable work history

Reliable and contactable references
