Must be open to a contractual role
- Conducting quality control checks on all products to ensure excellent quality
- Assisting with implementation of effective laboratory health and safety procedure and in process quality control
- Quality control testing
- Online QC checks/BB/label/weight
- Factory and yard hygiene
- Issuing PPES
- Lab analyst(all lab tests on manufactured products will be trained on all procedures)
- Responsible for ensuring lab where is washed on a daily basis
- QC testing and shelf life testing as required
- Documentation control
- Monitoring CCPS
- Pest control
- Ensuring that GMP GHP'S and GLP'S are adhered to
- Calibration of equipment
- Performing all lab tests for online products, refinery, storage tanks, and incoming tankers. Test includes FFA, PV, moisture, density, refractive index, color, soap, wax, phosphorus and GC analysis
- Replenishing of stock in all areas of the lab
- Responsible for reporting of non conformances to the qc manager responsible to record all tests in protocol

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From R8 500,00 per month
