**Job Description**:
+ Manage, support and mentor the Africa FP&A Team.

+ Coordination of activities of the FP&A Team with responsibility for the results.

+ Establish objectives and work plans, delegating assignments to subordinates.

+ Partner and support Finance Leads, Operations Leaders and Corporate.

+ Support Regional Management with insight and analysis of the financial performance of the business from a historical and forward looking perspective, highlighting exceptions and key issues. This should include but not be limited to the following:
+ a) Gross Margin and EBITA performance.

+ b) Gross Service Revenue and Net Service Revenue Trends.

+ c) Project Performance.

+ d) Utilization, Labour and Headcount variance analysis.

+ e) Analysis of Overhead performance to support cost control measures.

+ f) Contracted and Awarded Backlog, Wins, Bookings and Book to Burn Ratio.

+ g) Business Development Return on Investment.

+ h) Operating Cash flow, Working Capital and DSO Performance.

+ Manage and co-ordinate the development of the Annual Operating Plan and Monthly Outlooks.

+ Contribute commentary and analysis to support the monthly Business Review Presentations.

+ Contribute commentary and analysis to support the Arica Quarterly Business Review Presentations.

+ Specific Skills Required (Hiring manager completion required, mandatory)

+ Strong knowledge of Business and Financial performance including, profit and loss, working capital and project accounting. Ability to interpret results, understand trends and prepare forecasts.

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.

+ Cognos (TM1) and Oracle experience is preferred but applicants with experience in similar tools and systems will be considered.

+ Applicants will be able to demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills.

+ Able to speak confidently to Executives to explain financial performance and have the ability to influence and support them in decision making.
