Our client which deals with precious metals and commodities is looking to employ a Branch Manager for one of their stores in Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- The Store Manager will be responsible for all daily operations at the store to ensure an effective running environment that is well maintained.
- These duties include but are not limited to Sales, Motivation of staff members in the store, business strategies, ensuring a well-maintained business environment, overseeing all day-to-day tasks.
- The store manager must be able to run the store as if it was his own.
- He needs to be able to look at the profits and make sure the store is making the required profits.

This will be reachable through personal skills. (building an excel sheet and tracking daily deals for example).
- The store manager must be able to source new customers through whichever means is necessary.
- He/she must be able to delegate tasks and manage the staff that he/she has to the shop's advantage.

Qualifications needed:

- Grade 12 or higher
- At least three years of experience in sales or a related position
- Proficient computer skills
- Able to pass a background check
- A positive outlook and the ability to adapt to changes

- Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions.

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
