Premix Operator

**Main Objectives**

To execute in full and on time the daily mixing as per the bake-plan. To ensure the plant has sufficient product in order to achieve the required throughput. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of the Mixing and Premix functions
- Maintain the high housekeeping standards at all times
- Adhere to all Company rules and Procedures
- Efficiencies
- Administration and record control
- SOP’s, hygiene and housekeeping
- Food safety
- Health & Safety
- Attend Invocoms

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

**Experience Requirements**:

- Related mixing experience advantageous
- 3 year’s relevant experience
- Proven track record with working in a mixing environment
- Proven track record of effective communication with supervisors and management
- Housekeeping, hygiene and Safety
