**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and regulations.
- Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to address them.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and budgetary records.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a National Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in site agency and project management roles within the construction industry.
- Professional registration with SACPCMP as a Construction Manager or Project Manager.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
