Compiling / Submitting daily Back Order reports.
- Monitor delayed Back Ordered items and communicate with Operations.
- Monitor spares demand and submit transfer orders not processed.
- Compile PBO Report for Operations.
- Maintaining WH01 / AME wearing parts stock forecast in line with new Capital equipment sold.
- Maintaining monthly Geographical, Discount / Approval, Margins Review, Revenue Review Reports.
- Monitor AX selling prices as per targeted margins.
- Maintain Client contracts.
- Compile reports to provide an understanding of initiatives that can be implemented to achieve the required targets as and when needed by Manager.
- Forward looking forecast for parts.
- Attend Capital handover meetings & provide Aftermarket update / actions required to relevant Region sales personnel.
- Monitor $100k CRC reviews.
- Monitoring monthly margin performance against Targeted margins.
- Review Parts Margin at Quote Status and discrepancies with relevant Internal Parts Sales Administrator.
- Administration processes for Repairs department.
- Administration processes for Service department when Service Administrator is on leave.
- This list of duties and responsibilities may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- General administration.
- Conduct OFAC Check for new customers and customers who haven’t ordered from us in 6 months.
- Branch Performance quarterly reports.
- Attending and minuting the Aftermarket Monthly Sales Meeting.
- Ensuring compliance to QMS standards.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Completed Grade 12.
- Tertiary qualification in business or sales would be advantageous.
- At least 5 years’ experience with internal sales. Comprehensive knowledge of equipment and related wear parts would be ideal.
- Gregarious individual with a passion for customer service.
- Computer Proficiency Intermediate Excel.
- A sound working knowledge of mechanical drawings pertaining to part numbers and bills of material.
- Sound Telephone skills /manner.
- Basic understanding of products that will supplement customer orders (on-selling).
- Understanding of basic Incoterms.
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans.
- A thorough understanding of the process of order entry, invoicing, stock control and goods deliveries.
- Ability to learn rapidly to work within the sales and stock control modules of Microsoft AX.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: R159,000.00 - R230,000.00 per year
