A 4* hotel with 200 rooms, 2 restaurants, busy bar and conference facilities seeks an experienced Hotel F&B manager who matches the following specifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Hospitality Management Diploma essential
- Proven track record as F&B Manager is a 4* hotel with over 150 rooms
- Strong restaurant skills and excellent wine as well as cocktail knowledge essential
- Applicants must have held a position in this field for a minimum of 2 years.
- Must be a hands on and “on the floor” manager who is NOT office bound
- **Only South African Citizens will be considered.**
