- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, letters, and other any documents.
- Checking, sorting, organising, and filing of all documents.
- Attend meetings when necessary and preparing agendas and minutes of meetings.
- Provide legal advice to management where required.
- Liaising with senior members of staff
- Assist with litigation and or labour matters where required.
- Meet legal objectives and keep abreast of legislative changes.
- Managing all legal/administrative duties given.
- Legal research, drafting of agreements that minimize risk and maximize legal rights.
- Correspond with all external role players.
- Where required, attend court to represent the company.
- Assist Management with any admin and or ad-hoc task as directed from time to time.
