The Lewis Group currently have a vacancy for a Lease Administration Clerk in our Property Department at our Head Office in Woodstock, Cape Town.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years’ experience on the MDA Property Management (or equivalent) system.
**Experience**:
- Appropriate experience in the retail property rental environment.
- Experience in appropriate rental payment systems.
**Competencies (Knowledge/Skills)**:
- Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Work under pressure in a deadline orientated and demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and be meticulous.
**Duties**:
- Monthly rental payments to different landlords.
- Liaising with different landlords to deal with queries on rental invoices in a timeous and professional manner.
- Preparing of invoices and capturing thereof on the rental payment system.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Woodstock, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
