Assist Admin manager with day to day admin duties and whole goods marketers.

**REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING**
- Grade 12

**REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 3 years administration experience

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Assist Admin Manager in daily admin duties.
- Assist whole goods marketers with invoicing, registrations ,receiving of new stock and monthly stocktaking.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports from the system (outstanding claims, outstanding purchase orders, negative on-hand report, etc,)
- Generate stock-taking reports and assist with quarterly stock taking
- Capture stock count sheets on the system
- Generate variance report and report variance to line manager

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES**
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Verbal and written communication skills
