**Responsibilities**:
- To set AOP agenda for implementation of special integrated Sales and Operations Planning (iS&OP) processes for PepsiCo SSA Foods and Beverages Business Unit
- Develop dashboards to provide transparency and single source of truth across functional areas to ensure alignment and optimal results
- Facilitate S&OP meeting and collaborate
- Drive the iS&OP performance Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- To champion, advocate, and establish and govern the use of iS&OP. Within that remit, to call out and address any areas of the process which are not working effectively.
- Govern Continuous Improvement action plans to ensure that iS&OP performance issues are addressed.
- Ensure all iS&OP relevant critical metrics are measured and reported in coherent, consistent way, in order to develop a continuous improvement and capability program to harmonise planning processes
- Work with IT to design reports and processes that lead to simplification and enhanced business planning
- Ensure BU is assessed on a yearly basis on iS&OP maturity and improvement plans are defined and actioned.
- To maintain clear and strong links to the iS&OP Community beyond PepsiCo SSA
- Personally hugely passionate advocate of the iS&OP process
- Self-starter capable of setting their own agenda within a complex, fast paced environment.
- Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement to continually enhance the S&OP process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, technical discipline or equivalent focus
- 5-8 years of Supply Chain planning experience gained through broad and deep experience in the field
- Knowledge of FMCG products and market
- A deep understanding of a diverse customer base
- Comprehensive understanding of ERP system process and key system functions related to demand planning, master scheduling and inventory management
- In depth experience running Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Very detailed and accurate data analysis is a critical skill
**Technical Skills & Competencies**
- Experience in influencing, developing and or motivating people from diverse backgrounds and differing customer background
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- SAP Skills advantageous
- Strong analytical, organization, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels
- Demonstrated deep business and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while also enjoying collaboration with cross-functional teams and other analysts
- Strong communication skills
- Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
