**Job Advert Summary**:
The purpose of this role is to manage the development of IBU data analytics service offering that will enable the IBU’s Centre of Excellence for Data Analytics to support the RABU’s (ISA240 audit support) in their goal towards clean audit outcomes. This role supports the Investigation’s Business Unit (IBU) in the integration with the Regularity Audit Business Units’ (RABU) towards clean audit outcomes.
The incumbent will be responsible for research, planning, and implementing new data analytics.

G: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Item Minimum requirement

Formal Education This position requires a minimum qualification of a Commerce or Computer
Science related qualification or any appropriate NQF 7 level qualification.
Expert scripting ability is a requirement along with proven track record in a forensic/fraud risk environment.
CFE/post grad diploma in forensic accounting/ICFP is an added advantage.
Experience Minimum 5 years’ management experience of which 3 years would have
been in a forensic environment.
Must have an understanding of how to translate fraud schemes or fraud risks into risk analytics to identify fraud red flags.
Added advantage: ACL, Microsoft BI and SQL practical work experience,
Added advantage: Procurement investigation experience in the public sector.
Added advantage: experience in an auditing environment.
Added advantage: ACL Certified Data Analysis Certification

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute data analytics related products to advance the audit analytics and ensure alignment with the BU Balance Score Card (BSC).
Provide support in the implementation of the business unit (BU)BSC.
