**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure and supervise that Cashiers carry out their daily tasks
- Assist in the processing of payments, performing overrides, refunds and voids
- Ensure Cashiers adhere to company customer service standards, policies and procedures
- Integrity of cash handling and banking
- Manage till floats and daily cash ups
- Capture bank entries and reconcile bank statements
- Authorisation and escalations
- Relief cashier duties
- Assisting in resolving problems relating to cashiers and customers
- Temporarily operate a till in the absence of a permanent Cashier until the absent Cashier returns or a replacement is found
- Train newly appointed Cashiers and revise training with current Cashiers on till operation and duties
- General administrative tasks
- Provide administrative and co-ordination support
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture
- Matric/Grade 12
- 2 years’ experience in similar position advantageous
- Admin and numeracy skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant systems
- Basic computer skills
- Relevant system/product knowledge
