- Procurement and Supplier communications
- Stock Analysis and placing of orders with suppliers
- Cost accounting
- CIPC Transactions
- Adhoc Admistration
- ** Bcom Degree**:

- Excellent computer skills (MS Package)
- Own Vehicle
- ** 2-3 years experience using Pastel Evolution**:

- Advanced excel knowledge
- Willing to work overtime
- Verify information on invoice and packing for local and foreign documents
- Create Accounts Payable files and Purchase orders on Pastel
- Coordinate the logistics and documentation required for imports.
- Maintain Import Logs and Databases for Customs purposes.
- Liaise with Freight Forwarders and Custom Agents as and when required.
- Control and ensure adherence of import and export processes according to regulations and policies.
- Arrange booking and prepare all import documentation.
- Arranging couriers for the shipment of materials/samples.
- Manage and maintain material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
- Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure
- Resolve customs queries
- Liaise with Internal Departments: Raw Materials Receiving, Sales, Production Planning, Accounts.
- Obtain shipping documents from Supplier (Invoice, Packing list and Bill of Lading)
- Update costing, GRV and Vat Journals on Pastel.
- Profit and Loss journals to be captured if needed.
- VAT Recons
- Ad hoc creating new inventory items, shipping marks, arrange intercompany raw materials and packaging
- Releasing incoming funds from the bank.
