Management Couple

This position is based in Robertson, Western Cape and is a well established and growing eco-tourism business looking for a nature lowing couple. 4 - 5years experience in a tourism management role. Previous experience in managing a hotel or lodge, with a preference for wedding & events or banqueting experience. (host many outdoor Summer weddings and events at the nature reserve). One of the pair must have a PDP driver's licence and valid first aid qualification. Fire Safety is beneficial. The other must have a qualification in Hotel Management & should be admin orientated with strong organizational and communication skills. Must be willing to do FOH duties at reception and at the Boutique Farm Shop as well as BOH duties and manage a team of 10 - 15 staff, taking responsibility for basic HR & record keeping.

The Management couple would be responsible for the entire successful operation of the Mountain Reserve and would be well suited to a very hands-on couple that is prepared to get involved in all aspects of the business. Responsible for maintaining a high standard for the existing catering arangements in the form of "cook your own" meal baskets, with stock sourcing, quality cotrol and customer satisfaction being key.
