Factory Supervisor

Inovision is a market leader which manufactures standard & custom-made Aluminium/Glass/Steel products within the high-end residential market and is looking to hire an experienced Factory Supervisor to join their team.
- Lead & manage Factory team & ensure strong morale
- Have extremely high technical abilities
- Be responsible for the factory resources: Tools/ machinery and equipment/ vehicles etc.
- Facilitate training
- Control Health & Safety requirements for factory
- Control manufacturing planning:

- Material/stores needs
- Team allocation & daily manufacturing planning
- Ensure manufacturing is completed within planned time frames and compliant with quality and technical standards
- Lead daily production meetings
- Must have strong administrative skills and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel,Outlook). Must have basic understanding of ERP systems
- Must be able to keep up with substantial daily admin in addition to other responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s Vision is supported within factory team
- Must have strong competency in understanding technical drawings
- Have at least 5 years in a similar position within the industry
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Must be able to demonstrate an uncompromising focus on quality
- Must be able to work well as part of a diverse team as well as be able to work alone when required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be open to working on Saturdays & after hours from time to time
- Must be energetic and be willing to add positively to the team spirit and culture of the company
