Join our esteemed global pharmaceutical client as a Junior Production Associate/In-house Designer. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the Global Production Team in the Global Commercial Operations (GCO) division, reporting directly to the Regional Production Manager.

Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with the MEA brand teams to deliver top-notch production services and projects. You'll work closely with brand teams, understanding their business and customer experience objectives, and liaise effectively with preferred suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with in-market brand teams to fulfil their marketing content needs effectively.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines while maintaining open communication with markets for feedback.
- Demonstrate effective communication, project management, critical thinking, and cultural awareness to support successful global production with a diverse team.
- Engage with local brand and cross-functional teams throughout the creation and approval process of promotional materials, actively participating in brand meetings and identifying potential projects.
- Coordinate with multiple outsourced partners and internal resources to ensure the delivery of GCO services, understanding supplier infrastructure for continuous value optimization. Regularly review demand and capabilities of partners to align with market needs.

Education and experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and web production
- Hands-on experience in image editing tools like Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience in video editing tools
- Experience in web development using HTML, HTML5, CSS and Javascript.
- Digital marketing knowledge
- Project management understanding and practice

Your core competencies will include:

- Good interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
- Oral and written fluency in Business English. French speaking is a plus.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactive attitude, drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
