**Responsibilities**:
- Working within an agency and liaising with clients across South Africa regarding their recruitment needs.
- Representing top talent in the industry and strategically working to find the correct career move for them.
- Market Research to identify industry trends, salary benchmarks and influential stakeholders.
- Collaborating with HR Executives & Talent Managers to identify a need within the business.
- Head Hunting & sourcing talent for respective clients that meet their requirements.
- Facilitating the recruitment process for top companies in South Africa.
- Creatively advertising vacancies on behalf of companies through various portals and LinkedIn.
- Responsible for maintaining and creating new business relationships with leaders in the industry.
- Sourcing talent and providing market insight and assisting them in their career moves
**Requirements**:
- Completed bachelor’s degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable Institution.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Manufacturing Recruiter
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Sales/Customer service skills
- Outstanding communication ability
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Well-organized
- Ability to work with targets
- Sound judgement
