**Required education and experience**:

- Grade 12
- Education to A - Level standard or equivalent relevant qualification in Science
- Nursing Diploma (Operating Ward Nursing)
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Orthopedic nursing, primarily in surgery.

**Core Competencies**:

- Demonstrate the ability to accept and adapt to different working practices as
- required by surgeons and hospitals within the designated region whilst
- maintaining Zimmer Biomet protocols
- Full knowledge of market and specific products portfolio (Zimmer Biomet and
- competitors).
- Understanding of technical medical language to interact with surgeons and
- theatre staff.
- Proven organizational skills and effective time management
- Confident and engaging presentation skills

**Key accountabilities**:

- Secure offer continuity of instrumentation availability to meet customer
- operating schedules
- Facilitate and organize training for all hospital stakeholders (e.g. surgeons,
- scrub staff, HCA’s, Sterile Services Staff)
- Onsite resource within customer premises, enabling Sales Executives to
- concentrate on developing new business opportunities either elsewhere or
- laterally inside the account.
- Ensure that consignment stock rotation is executed efficiently.
- Ensure that instrument sets are always current and in good condition
- Ensure that the surgeon always has the correct implants available
