**Role and Purpose**

Facilitate the **Advertising Skills Training Program (NQF Level 4) **for 3 months in the Mogale City Region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the training venue is open, suitable for occupation for learners and that the required connectivity and technology are available.
- Ensure that every learner receives learning material required for the training.
- Keep records of allocation of any equipment/tools provided to each learner.
- Record learner attendance and submit documents to Regional
Coordinator timeously.
- Collect all learners work and signed Portfolio of Evidence’s from learners for assessment.
- Ensure that each learner is sufficiently attended to individually.
- Ensure that all registration forms are filled in and signed, and that supporting documents are collected.
- Ensure that learners work is assessed and signed and sent for moderation.
- Ensure that all reports and tasks are carried out timeously.

**Requirements**:

- The applicant must be registered with MICT SETA
- Diploma or Equivalent Qualification in Learning and Development or related field.
- At least 2 years working experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to skills and Development training (advantageous)
- Facilitation skills
- Presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Planning and organizing skills
- Punctual

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Krugersdorp, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Facilitation (preferred)
