**Data Centre Project Administrator (PMO Support)**

Our client a leading Telecommunication company based in Fourways is looking for a Data Centre Project Administrator (PMO Support). Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO). They play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring that project management processes are followed in accordance with organizational standards.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Document Management:

- Ensure that all project documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage SharePoint access for all required.

Resource Coordination:

- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to ensure project team have the necessary resources.
- Track resource utilization and report any issues.
- Create and distribute project reports and dashboards.

Meeting support:

- Schedule and organise project meetings.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- Project Management certification (an advantage)
- 3-5 years Project Admin experience within a Data Centre environment.
- Effective project management ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expert experience of Microsoft Office suite including MS Project, excel and PowerPoint a must.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: R22,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
