Key Performance Areas
The Energy Directorate seeks an experienced professional with a
strong foundation in database design, foundational elements,
validation and analysis in the specific GIS platform in order to
achieve the required analytical capability
**Coordinator**: GIS Analytics, Reporting and Support
- Geospatial Master Data Management such as Aerial

Photography, Base Maps and Elevation Models, Utility Network
model design and maintenance, Data Security and Access

- Manage the ongoing examination, assessment and verification of

data quality and integrity in data hosting structures
- Manage complex data analysis for the production of thematic

maps and reports in support of evidence-based decision-making in
EGD business processes
- Conduct research into data requirements when applying

geospatial technology
- Establish, manage and provide technical support to EGD

personnel in the effective use of geospatial technology in business
processes
