**Position: Kitchen Manager**

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years

**Responsibilities**:
**General Cooking Techniques**:Demonstrate expertise in a variety of cooking techniques.
Stay updated on culinary trends and innovations.

**Full Cooking Comprehension**:

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of various cuisines and dishes.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all menu items.

**Stock Control**:

- Oversee and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
- Implement systems for tracking and controlling stock levels to minimize wastage.

**Product Storage**:

- Safely and appropriately store all food products.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for food storage.

**Maintenance**:

- Supervise and perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep.

**Training and Supervision**:

- Train and supervise kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

**Salary Range**:

- Competitive CTC ranging from 22k to 28k.

Pay: R22 000,00 - R28 000,00 per month
