**Key Responsibilities**:
Welcome and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and courteous process.
Manage phone calls, respond to guest queries, and address any requests.
Process guest departures and handle check-out procedures efficiently.
Take room reservations, sell available rooms, and complete all relevant front office administration tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and financial reports as part of night auditing.
Ensure courteous and professional service is consistently provided to guests, suppliers, and colleagues.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
**Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
**Experience**: Prior experience in Front Office/Reception is advantageous but not mandatory.
