- Processing sales orders
- Capturing invoice on stock receipted
- Credit processing
- Manage non-muster stock only - from receiving to despatch in terms of paperwork
- Monthly stock takes on non-muster stock only and sending a report
- Prepare back-order reports for customers monthly.
- Assist with the travel arrangements.
- Attending to phone calls
- Filing delivery notes
- Follow up with shipping companies for updates of goods in transit.
- Obtaining export documents once exported
- Contacting customers for and to provide updates.
- Assist with VAT returns.
- Raising purchase orders
- Collecting stock.
- Assist in warehouse with minor tasks should there be a need.

**Qualifications**:

- Senior Certificate
- Financial / Logistics Certificate will be beneficial
- 2 - 5 years experience in a similar position
