**MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Matric
- Must have a B. Comm / B. Tech Degree in HR Management
- Proficient in SAP **(ADVANTAGEOUS)**
- Proficient on all MS Office packages **(ESSENTIAL)**
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years current related HR Officer experience within the **Retail / FMCG industry and DC exposure**
- Highly experienced in all factors affecting Payroll input and submission thereof
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years current solid experience in preparing for and attending **IR, CCMA & Arbitration** matters
- Highly experienced in disciplinary hearing matters
- Highly experienced with recruitment, payroll, terminations, engagements
- Experienced in facilitating OHS & training programmes
- Experience dealing with large staff compliment
- Strong HR administration & staff compliance skills
- Able to contribute at management level the achievement of performance factors
- Stable work history with contactable references
- Valid driver’s license (no endorsements) **(ESSENTIAL) **& own reliable vehicle
- Available to start immediately **(Advantageous)**

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES**:
**Main duties & Job Function**:

- Reporting directly to Branch Manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills at management and staff level
- All related HR functions and duties
- Dealing with IR and CCMA matters

**Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities: -**
- Recruitment and appointment of staff in line with Branch staffing requirements
- Staff compliance with the company conditions of employment
- All factors affecting Payroll input and the timeous submission thereof to HO as well as the administration of payslips
- Administration and management of all staff benefits
- Staff terminations
- Dealing with all employment related queries
- Capturing Human-Resources related statistics for Head Office
- Ensuring that disciplinary hearings are effectively dealt with
- Preparing for and attending to CCMA matters and IR matters
- Facilitating Occupational Health and Safety in the Branch
- Arranging training in conjunction with the FM Training Manager
- Assisting/contributing at a management level to the achievement of performance targets for the branch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R38 000,00 - R42 500,00 per month
