Our client based in the
**East rand of Johannesburg** is looking to employ an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to join their growing team.

The Infrastructure & Support Services Manager will be fully responsible for running and managing the companys infrastructure and technical support department, currently

resolved ASAP.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Veeam Backups & Replication
- Strong knowledge to implement and maintain virtual environments.
- Extensive experience with Hyper-V
- Network design maintain and implementation with proven experience
- Experience with Cisco managed switches, Fortinet, VLAN technology
- Extensive knowledge on telephony systems especially network requirements, VOIP, sip, sip provisioning and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail

- Communication skills

**Advantageous requirements**:

- BSC in Computer Science
- Microsoft certifications
- Security certifications
- Skills with ManageEngine range of products.
- JIRA for change management
- Understanding of SQL backups
- Microsoft Azure experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the IT infrastructure consisting of on-site and cloud environment.
- Define security and network policies together with the successful implementation, management, and the monitoring thereof.
- Risk management focusing on Cyber Risk, Privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Management of assets, asset replacement, lease agreements and support contracts.
- Steer and administer the cloud migration process with cost projections, planning and
- implementation.
- Budget planning and control looking at staff resourcing, contracts, licensing and assets.
- Maintain vendor and supplier relations.
- Manage 1st and 2nd line technical support personnel.
- Produce weekly and monthly summary management reports on technical support tickets.
- Manage and report on root cause analysis and remedial action.
- Ensure the ticketing and documentation process for all support incidents is adhered to.
- Manage on-site support services as required.
