Rehab Project Foreman

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Possess a Grade 12 qualification.
- ** Driver's license**:Hold a valid C1 National Driver's License.
- ** First Aid and Fire Fighting**: Certification in First Aid and Fire Fighting.
- ** On-site training**: Completion of relevant on-site training programs, including Moodle SOP training, HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), and Strata Control.
- ** Competency certification**:Hold a Competent A Certificate.
- ** Communication skills**:Ability to effectively communicate as a Foreman, providing clear instructions and maintaining open lines of communication with team members and stakeholders.
- ** Medical assessment**: Willingness to undergo a medical assessment as required by the company.

**Experience**:

- Opencast truck and shovel: Minimum of 5 years of experience in opencast truck and shovel operations, preferably in a mining environment.
- Supervisory experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, overseeing a team of workers engaged in mine rehabilitation activities.
