PropAcademy is an accredited provider of online real estate education courses and Property Practitioner Certification in South Africa.

**The Role**

Quality Control Administrator based in Hillcrest, KZN. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for the opportunity to grow within a business and experience with administration and has excellent IT skills. The successful person will be a key member of this small but busy team and will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business. You will be dealing directly with management, facilitators and assessors, learners and contractors providing support on the phone and in person.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform administrative functions within the business.
- Produce reports, spreadsheets and correspondence to a high standard, always ensuring accuracy and good presentation.
- Communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal), complexly and to a range of staff, internally and externally across the organisation.
- Plan and arrange webinars, meetings and assist with co-ordinating training events, workshops, bookings, and hospitality.
- Provide effective online support to learners, troubleshoot problems and solve queries timeously.
- Liaise with Assessors to allocate marking and remedial work, keep an excellent record of each learner’s and Assessor’s progress.
- Plan and co-ordinate your workload autonomously, ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives achieved.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in an administrative role with relevant transferrable skills and Excellent IT skills
- Experience within the Real Estate industry
- Organised, efficient, and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise completing tasks
- Organised and have strong attention to detail, dependable with a 'can do’ attitude
- Ability to work on Excel and keep records and spreadsheets is MUST
- Must be able to troubleshoot, problem solve and work under pressure
- Must be comfortable with working on online systems, dropbox, skype, zoom and websites
