The fleet inspector is expected to carry out several daily activities, such as analysing claims in order to determine validity, making approval or denial decisions regarding claims in accordance with provided policy or guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be mainly on the road 80/20
- You will inspect Dealerships and mechanical repair centres
- You will go and inspect and assess repairs to government vehicles prior to authorisation of such repairs
- You will onboard new repair centres based on specific criteria
- Responsibility of conducting investigations into repair claims in order to ensure their validity - such has gear boxes, engines, etc
- Part of the Job description entails examining, inspecting, and assessing the repairs/damage and loss of motor repairs; estimating costs and inspecting working to be done in order to evaluate the validity of the quote
- The fleet inspector is also be responsible for liaising or collaborating with dealerships and repair centres
- The fleet inspector is responsible for attending to inspections in a timely manner, filing paperwork, communicating with repair centres, investigating repairs, notifying the company of claims as defined under the maintenance agreement and assessing repairs.
**- **Matric
- Petrol and diesel mechanic certification (MerSETA)
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record
- 3 years mechanical experience
- Must have driver’s license (3+ years of driving)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: From R26,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rustenburg, North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
