We are looking for a FITTER in Vereeniging

Purpose of the job:
To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and plant on site. Includes Electrical and mechanical support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical support and Troubleshooting according to maintenance schedule at all Premier Mills
- Responsible for the Preventive Plant Maintenance
- On the job training
- Plant and system upgrades / Project management
- System maintenance

Essential function includes but not limited to:

- Safety Management
- Maintenance Support
- Maintenance Management
- Administration
- Housekeeping

Qualifications:

- Relevant Trade qualification-(Fitter/ Fitter and Turner)
- Registered Artisan (Trade Test)

**Experience**:

- 5-7 years in relevant trade
- 5 years’ experience in Milling Environment

Other Requirements:

- Working in a factory environment - hot, noisy and flour dust.
- Required to work overtime and unusual working hours.
- Required to travel extensively to all Premier Mills.
- Required to work away from home.
