Call Centre Sales Agent

**Job Requirements**:

- Matric is essential/ a MUST

.RE and NQF level 5 in Banking or Marketing or Sales Management or equivalent higher qualification is an advantage
- Age requirement is 21, this is a senior position
- An ability to communicate in Isixhosa, IsiZulu and Afrikaans and other South African Languages will be an advantage, Please note: The in-house language will be English, therefore English is a Must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is a must
- You need to reside close to Constantia, this is a location of this job.
- Must be able and willing to work under pressure
- Willing to work overtime and holidays
- Must have an ability to successfully resolve conflicts
- Must generally have a calm disposition
- An ability to handle pressure and cope in a stressful environment

**Job Analysis**:

- The sales agent will be responsible to call predetermined leads to proactively market the client’s product for which he/she is accredited, in a fully compliant manner.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 8 months proven success in an Outbound/Inbound Telesales or customer service role
- Previous and proven experience within Financial Services and/or Customer service
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently
- To meet production targets/deadlines

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Making/Taking minimum outbound/inbound calls per day as per set target
- Provide proactive and responsive support to clients
- Providing outstanding service via all communications channels
- Act as channel of communication to present the features and benefits of the bank’s products that are offered by our client to prospective customers.
- Ensure that applicable campaign’s targets are met.

Basic salary R6500 plus commission

**Salary**: R6,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)
