Spa Receptionist

We are looking for an energetic and creative individual to join our team. A person who is customer focused, hospitality minded and prides themselves to consistently delivery excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and calm demeanor.
- Diploma in Health & Skincare ( SAAHSP/CIDESCO/ITEC)
- Minimum two years employment within the Spa Industry
- Proficient in Excel, Word and ESP, Opera advantageous
- Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment
- Must be professionally groomed and have the demeanour and mannerism of a luxury Spa therapist in accordance with iPrefer/LVX standards
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Must have weekend availability and able to work shifts with reliable transport
- Full understanding of industry related Operating Procedures.
- Must be able to work without constant direct supervision.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management including but not limited to back-up spa therapist
